June Frances Batterman
July 18, 1939 - February 8, 2025

With heavy hearts, the family of June Batterman (nee Girdler), announce her passing at Brightshores Health Systems- Owen Sound, on Saturday February 8, 2025, at the age of 85. She is now reunited with her husband and best friend, Allan Henry Batterman, who predeceased her in June of 2003. Loving mother of Debbie McInnis (Robert) of Chatsworth, Sharon Gagnon (Norm) of Hanover, Allan Batterman Jr. Of Chatsworth, Scott Batterman (Shelly) of Chatsworth and Tammy Jackson (Troy) of Owen Sound. Cherished grandmother of Sarah (Stephen), Nicole, Jinny (Brad), Tarra, Taylor (James), Karlie (Adam), Brittany (Mathieu), Tyson and Lana, and proud great-grandma of Cole, Izabella, Tristin, Lexi, Brooklyn, Hudson, and Eli. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Leotta Maude Girdler (nee Jenks). June will be fondly remembered by her family and friends in the community.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday February 13, at 11:00am, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Harry Huff presiding. Spring interment, Faith Lutheran Cemetery, Desboro. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the REACH Centre Grey Bruce, would be appreciated by the family.
