William "Bill" Michael Brydges
March 23, 1938 - February 11, 2025

With great sadness, the loving family of William “Bill” Brydges of McCullough Lake, announce his passing at Brightshores Health Systems- Owen Sound, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the age of 86. Loving husband of Ramona Georgina Brydges (nee Moon). Proud father of Mike (Cheryl), Jeff, and Paul (Janet) Brydges. He will be sorely missed by his many beloved grandchildren Mickey, Wesley, Mason and Cooper, great-grandchildren Wilson and Harper, nieces, nephews and extended family.  Bill is also survived by his siblings Muriel Jeffrey, Carole Croft (Donald), and Glenys Brydges. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Bruce Jeffrey.

Bill was born in Guelph, Ontario to Walter and Ida Brydges (nee Coyne). He was an avid outdoorsman and lover of life. His long list of favourite activities include hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, curling, scuba diving, and flying. Bill's memberships include the AIIE (American Institute of Industrial Engineers), Sydenham Sportsman Club, Holland Centre Lions Club and Glendale Yacht Club. Bill and Ramona loved the local cottage life at McCullough Lake and started cottaging there in 1964 and made it their permanent home in 1980.
