It is with great sadness the family of Jacob Kuzhitharayil of Williamsford, announce his sudden passing at age 46, at Brightshores Health Systems- Owen Sound, on Friday January 3, 2025. Cherished husband of 18 years to Simi Samuel Chariva. Proud and loving father to their three boys Jason, Jasper, and Jensen. Jacob will be missed terribly by his father Kuriakose 'Sam' Kuzhitharayil, and brother Varghese Kuzhitharayil (Bincy) and their children Joanne and Jordan. He will also be lovingly remembered by Simi's parents Samuel and Lilly Chariva, sister-in-law Rachel Chariva (Mobin Mohannan), and his many friends in the community. Predeceased by his mother Joyamma Kuzhitharayil.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A Funeral Service will be held at Rockcliffe Pentecostal Church in Owen Sound, Saturday January 11, 2025 at 11:00am, with a visitation 1 hr. prior to the service, Pastor Phil Smith officiating.
